The external masonry of our buildings, starting from the outside and moving towards the interior of the building, consists of the following materials:

• Thermal facade system consisting of the individual materials:
  • Acrylic plaster in the color of your choice
  • Grid with acrylic glue
  • Expanded polysterene
  • Polystyrene mounting bases
• The first layer of wood armor with 12 mm thick Canadian OSB (Oriented Strand Boards)
• Wooden frame with 15cm beams. X 5cm, from solid Swedish pine, fired at a moisture level of 15%, which has been disinfected in a natural way and planed on flat surfaces for the perfect joint, achieves mechanical strengths 70% more than common construction timber.
• The second layer of wood armor with 12 mm thick Canadian OSB (Oriented Strand Boards)
• Between the two layers of wooden armor with Canadian OSB board is placed a mineral wool insulation material that offers thermal insulation, sound insulation and fire resistance. Its production in an electric oven causes minimal impact on the environment.
• Waterproofing membrane with controlled breathability that insulates the masonry from moisture and water vapor, protecting it from damage
• The second layer of wood armor with 12 mm thick Canadian OSB (Oriented Strand Boards)
• Metal compaction corners that connect the wall and by extension the entire construction to the base of the reinforced concrete foundation that achieve increased mechanical strength and improve the building’s seismic resistance.
• 12.5mm thick plasterboard from the certified company KNAUF
• Internal painting of the masonry in the color of your choice
